Order Processing Time

Because all items are produced on demand, each order enters production once payment is confirmed. Standard processing time is within 24 business hours, excluding peak seasons or promotional periods where additional time may be required for printing and quality checks. Processing includes print preparation, material inspection, and packaging prior to dispatch.

Shipping Time

Your package will typically arrive within 7–20 business days after it has been shipped. Please note that this delivery window is calculated from the shipment date, not the order placement date. Delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier operations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order details, destination, and selected shipping option. No fixed rates apply due to variations in product type and location.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent, allowing you to follow the delivery progress.

Since POD items are individually produced, slight variations in production time may occur. Delays can also arise from factors outside our control, such as customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or extreme weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
